Changes to Product Prices

limitedart.eu reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time the contract was concluded. In the event of technical errors in the publication of prices on the Site, limitedart.eu reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the contract and is not obliged to compensate the user in any way, other than to refund any amounts already paid by the user.

Discounted prices are indicated by displaying the new price next to the old price, which is shown with a strikethrough. If no expiry date is specified for the discounted price, the price is valid until stocks are exhausted, but no longer than 1 month, or 6 months when applied under the conditions of Art. 66, para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

limitedart.eu manages this Site from its registered address in Burgas, Bulgaria. limitedart.eu does not represent that the goods or services on this Site are appropriate or available outside Bulgaria, and access to them from territories where their content is unlawful is prohibited. limitedart.eu may amend these Terms at any time, updating the publication date accordingly. We recommend that you visit this page periodically to review the current Terms, as they are binding on you.

Rights and Obligations under the Consumer Protection Act

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we, limitedart.eu, are obliged to and freely provide you with the following information:
Our name and address.
The main characteristics of the goods are described in detail on the presentation page of each product.
The price of the goods is shown INCLUDING VAT on the presentation pages of the respective product.
The value of shipping costs NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods can be found on the Shipping and Delivery page.
We do not impose any additional charges for the use of the communication means presented for contacting us.
Delivery methods are described in detail on the Shipping and Delivery page.
Payment for goods is in accordance with Art. 93, para. 1 of the Obligations and Contracts Act, for which the corresponding document is issued.
If errors are identified in the information entered, please contact us by phone or email to correct any inaccuracies.
Every order placed through the Site is confirmed and accepted by phone after the order request is received.
All contracts may only be concluded in the Bulgarian language.

Payments Accepted on limitedart.eu

Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.
When paying by card:
Accepted card types: debit, credit, and business cards — Visa, Mastercard, and bCard.
Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
We do not store bank card data used for payments through the Site.
If a refund is required for a payment made by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card used for the payment.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 14 days from the day it was delivered by courier.

Returns for Products Purchased Online at limitedart.eu

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract.

1. Right of withdrawal from a distance contract. By placing an order on limitedart.eu using the “Order” button for a given product/s after correctly filling in the required details, you enter into a distance contract with Rising Art Ltd.
2. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the goods.
• For a contract under which you order multiple goods in a single order delivered separately — from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the last item.
• For a contract under which goods consisting of multiple lots or parts are delivered — from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the last lot or part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (a letter sent by email) containing your name, postal address, phone number, and email address.

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided on this page, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effect of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract under point (1) above, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back in good commercial condition.

We expect you to send or return the goods no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Returns are handled via ECONT courier to: ECONT office Bratya Miladinovi, Burgas, to Rising Art Ltd, tel. 0888454102.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Complaints

In the event of a discrepancy between the product and the characteristics stated on the product page on the Site, the Provider will refund the full amount paid by the user, including the shipping costs paid by the user to acquire the goods, in accordance with Art. 59, para. 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 business days of receiving the product.

Upon receiving the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for conformity of the product with the order.

If visible damage caused during transportation is identified, the user must notify us at the time of delivery by calling 0888454102. All our products are shipped with insurance for the full amount. In this case, the courier service should not be paid to the courier, and the customer should be compensated for the damage caused. The same applies in the event of a lost shipment by the courier company. In the event of damage during transportation, you must contact the courier for a damaged shipment report, which is completed in the presence of the courier.

If an order is not collected from an ECONT office, the customer must cover the cost of returning the order.

Conditions for Links to This Site

A website linking to limitedart.eu must meet the following conditions:
