• All deliveries within Bulgaria, Europe, the USA, and worldwide are shipped at the recipient’s expense.

• The cost for delivery within Bulgaria is based on the official ECONT tariff for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
• All products are delivered with an option for inspection before payment.
• Deliveries to Europe, the USA, and worldwide are shipped via the courier company DHL. The shipping cost is charged according to DHL’s official tariff for the provided address.
• Products are produced and shipped within 7 business days.
Information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract.
1. Right of withdrawal from a distance contract. By placing an order on limitedart.eu using the “Order” button for a given product/s after correctly filling in the required details, you enter into a distance contract with Rising Art Ltd.
2. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the goods.
• For a contract under which you order multiple goods in a single order delivered separately — from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the last item.
• For a contract under which goods consisting of multiple lots or parts are delivered — from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the last lot or part.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (a letter sent by email) containing your name, postal address, phone number, and email address.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired..
Effect of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from the contract under point (1) above, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back in good commercial condition.
We expect you to send or return the goods no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
